Measures

Measures enable vyan.ai to store time series data against a level dimension (combination of specific hierarchical attributes, time attributes, and potentially cycle and lag attributes).

Measures can be flexibly renamed afterwards as needed. Measures can also be maintained for dependent fields: Base Level, Measure Type (stored or calculated), Aggregation Type, Disaggregation Type, Display Settings (# of Decimal Places, Display as %, etc.).

Measures are assigned to a unique Enterprise and Model.

Measure Calculations can be defined within the Measure by specifying a Calculation Level (which can be higher than the Base Level for the Measure) and specific calculations by embedding any number of other measures and by embedding basic as well as advanced functions (such as TIMESHIFT, RAGGR, etc.).
