How VYAN handles your data.
Every engagement that touches your data is governed by a mutual NDA and this standing policy: we work from a snapshot you approve, scoped to the engagement. Access is read-only; VYAN never writes to your systems. Data is retained only for the engagement and deleted on request. We will state this in writing, unprompted, at the start of every engagement, because for an enterprise your size this should never be the interesting part of the conversation.

We work from a copy you approve and scope to the engagement, never a live connection to your production systems.
Read-only
VYAN never writes to your systems. Anything we recommend, your team applies itself, after reviewing it.
NDA first
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place before any data moves, not alongside it and not afterwards.
Deleted on request
Data is retained only for the engagement it was shared for, and removed when you ask.
