Your planning system runs on thousands of typed-in numbers: lead times, capacities, yields, safety stocks, minimum order quantities. Each was somebody’s best estimate, once. Reality has moved; the numbers have not, and every one of them enters the plan as a fact.
What we do
You share a read-only snapshot of transaction history and current parameters for one scoped anchor: a plant, a product family, a supplier group, or your highest-value item-locations. We calibrate every parameter against what actually happened. We flag drift, and we flag something more important: parameters hiding two or more distinct operating modes, where no single number can be right. You get a recommended value or range per parameter, ranked by the service and working-capital exposure the current number creates, with a customer-approved implementation file your team can apply to your own systems.
The finding that matters most is usually not "your lead time should be 15, not 12." It is that a supplier or a line operates in two regimes, and replacing one wrong point estimate with another point estimate does not solve the planning problem. That finding is where this engagement connects to everything else VYAN does.
