Word marks and product marks

VYAN, the VYAN word mark, the AIR mark (Autonomous · Integrated · Resilient), SAGE, the Decision Twin mark, the PULSE workshop mark, and related logos and indicia are trademarks of VYAN AI. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

Editorial vocabulary

The proprietary concepts and terms that VYAN coined or significantly extended — including Decision Twin, Decision Policy, Decision Resilience Score, Resilient EVA, Policy Value Add (PVA), Expected Value of Waiting (EVW), Stochastic envelope, Engine tournament, SAGE narrative, Institutional Memory, Cross-Functional Decision Rooms — are protected by copyright and trademark law. The definitions are public; the vocabulary itself is VYAN's.

Visual works

The animations and editorial scenes used across the site are original visual works of VYAN AI. They include the BreathingOrganism animation, the Aquarium event-board scene, the Jigsaw integrated-plan scene, the Resilient archer scene, and the composes ring stage. These are protected by copyright. No reproduction, derivative use, or training of any machine-learning system is permitted without prior written consent.

Third-party marks

Other product names mentioned on vyan.ai — including SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle NetSuite, o9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, and any other vendor name referenced — are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only. No endorsement is implied.

Press, analysts, and partners may reference VYAN marks and editorial vocabulary in articles, briefings, and reports under standard citation principles. Commercial, derivative, and training uses require prior written consent.
