Cookie Notice

These do not require consent under most regimes but are still disclosed here:

• pov-session — a short-lived HTTP-only cookie set by the Points of View gate after you verify your email with the 6-digit code. It remembers that you've verified your email so you don't have to enter the code again every time you open another Point of View. It lasts up to 60 minutes; clearing it ends your current reading session.
• vyan.flyoutCollapsed — a localStorage entry (not a cookie strictly speaking) that remembers whether you have collapsed the left navigation flyout. Used to preserve your layout preference across visits.
• vyan.cookieConsent — a localStorage entry recording that you have dismissed the cookie banner. Stops the banner from showing on subsequent visits.

If we add an analytics tool (such as Plausible, Fathom, or Google Analytics 4 with consent mode), the cookies that tool sets will be listed here. We will use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not require a consent banner where possible; if we adopt one that does, we will update this notice and the consent banner before it fires.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add a LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar in the future, this notice and the consent banner will be updated before they fire.

You can clear cookies and localStorage entries through your browser settings at any time. Clearing the pov-session cookie will end your current Points of View access session; you can request a new code from the gate.
