From plans that break the moment reality shows up — to policies that hold.

A demand spike, a supplier delay, a tariff shock — and a single best-guess plan that took weeks to build collapses into a war room. VYAN exists because that war room is not a planning problem. It is a decision-architecture problem.

Why VYAN exists

Most enterprise plans break the moment reality shows up. A demand spike, a supplier delay, a tariff shock — and a single best-guess plan that took weeks to build collapses into a war room.

I started VYAN to fix that.

What VYAN is

VYAN is an enterprise decision intelligence platform built for supply chains operating under uncertainty. Instead of optimizing for one future, planners evaluate decision policies — deliberate postures toward demand variability, supplier risk, and discrete shocks — and stress-test them across thousands of futures before commit. Service, margin, cash, and ROIC trade-offs become quantified choices — defensible to the CFO, livable for the planner.

Built on deep-learning demand forecasting, stochastic optimization, granular cost-to-serve, and agentic AI augmentation — in one cloud-native platform.

Who we are

VYAN is a Delaware-incorporated company with development, customer, and commercial teams distributed across the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.

The team brings deep operator and consulting experience from global enterprise transformation programs — supply chain planning, optimization, and decision architecture at the scale our customers operate at. We have shipped systems that run real supply chains for the better part of two decades.

Same supply chain. Different posture. Defensible numbers.

Who we serve

Our customers are global supply chain, operations, and commercial leaders in industries where the cost of poor decisions is material and the variability of inputs is high — discrete and process manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, consumer packaged goods, fashion and retail, automotive, electronics, and industrial distribution. The common thread is not industry; it is the scale of the variability and the value of getting decisions right under it.
