Continuous Capable-to-Promise.

From → To

From the planning pain to continuous capable-to-promise.

What it is

Capable-to-Promise (CTP) traverses the full BOM × Routing × Source network in real time, validates capacity at every resource and lane, and returns either a confirmed date or the specific binding constraint that blocked it. Goes beyond Available-to-Promise (ATP), which only checks pre-allocated supply.

Commit reliability rises and quoted lead times shorten because commits are real.

Value

Commit reliability rises and quoted lead times shorten because commits are real. Expediting falls. Sales and operations stop hedging against each other.

What ships in this capability
  • 01Full-network feasibility traversal
  • 02Capacity-aware promise
  • 03Binding-constraint reporting
  • 04Multi-level ATP/CTP hybrid
