OEE-Aware Capacity Planning.

VYAN learns OEE as a distribution per resource, calibrated from the resource's own realized history. Availability, Performance, and Quality each track separately so the loss source is legible. Capacity plans commit to the percentile the policy chooses — Conservative might plan to P30 effective capacity, Lean to P60 — and the difference is dollarized.

Plans align with what the floor actually delivers, not with the asset sheet. Promise dates hold. The OEE-improvement initiative gets a defensible EVA lever: a one-point lift in P50 Availability shows up in the next plan as quantified additional capacity.
