Frontier Construction Theater

Watch the Pareto frontier assemble across 500 candidate policies in real time.

Watch the Pareto frontier assemble across 500 candidate policies in real time. Policies appear one by one as points in policy space. Ranking-and-selection runs first — clearly dominated policies fade out cheaply with low-fidelity evaluation. Survivors get fully evaluated; the iterations run; the EVA distributions build; the frontier emerges. The knee point is identified and labeled. The current operating policy is marked. The Delta PVA between current and knee is displayed prominently.

The visual point is the process, not a stored chart. Most planning vendor demos show a static dashboard with curated numbers. VYAN shows the math happening. The frontier isn't a deck slide; it's the output of a weekly compute job, and the visitor watches the job. The buyer who watches the Theater once internalizes that the policy recommendation has math underneath, not opinion.

What the CSCO takes from it: a defensible artifact. The Pareto frontier is interrogable. Show me Conservative-v3 on the frontier. Show me what we give up if we move to Balanced-v17. Show me the confidence interval. Show me the knee a month ago vs the knee today; how did the business environment shift it. The Theater is the visual proof that the policy recommendation has math underneath, and the math is the same math the CFO and CEO see.
